Steps

 

1. Please go to the National website to apply http://www.psichi.org/?page=become_member

2. Once this has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the faculty advisor on campus. You will receive an email notifying you of your approval within 3 weeks from the faculty advisor.

3. Once approval notifications have been received, please contact the Portland State Psi Chi Chapter Treasurer. Membership dues required are $65 ($55 for the national life-time Psi Chi membership fee and $10 for the local chapter fee) to the Portland State Psi Chi Chapter Treasurer. Please make the check out to “Psi Chi” for $65.00

4. Once all documentation and fees have been received and approved, you will receive your member status. Formal induction ceremonies occur once per year (in May) and will provide the opportunity to collect your official Psi Chi Honor certificate as well as your member ID card to the national psichi.org website. If you wish to obtain these sooner without the ceremony, you may request one through your national website login individually.
